         The Schedule Accelerator Maintenance (SAM) met this afternoon and  I have got unofficial update that</div>

the accelerator tentative SAM schedule has been updated to show Physics beam on the 28th of February </div>

BUT they are looking at ways to save time.   Thus, the estimate of the soonest beam could be ready for </div>

physics is the 14th of February.  So I have told the staff, engineers and technicians to prepare for Feb 14<sup>th</sup> start.</div>

        At this point we still do not have an official run schedule, but for now we assume that the draft schedule</div>

will just be shifted. Doug is meeting with David Dean to discuss the schedule on Friday. As mentioned before , there is </div>

pressure to start the Hall A SBS deinstallation/ MOLLER installation as early as possible which could impact Hall C start up.</div>

I think that it makes the most sense to keep the schedule as it was.</div>
