[Lcls-ii] LCLS-II Project Calendar

Hello Everyone, 

The LCLS-II Project's Calendar has been created (in Zimbra) for everyone's use. 

Please utilize this calendar when scheduling all LCLS-II meetings. Simply add "lcls2-project" (as an extra Resource (in addition to your Conf Rm location) to your meeting. For all your current meetings, please add "lcls2-project" to your meeting so that it will now appear on this new calendar. 

Please contact me if you need assistance adding "lcls2-project" to your meeting. 

Hopefully this will provide a quick snapshot for all the weekly LCLS-II meetings and upcoming reviews.
