[Lcls-ii] Christine Fragapane

I am pleased to announce that Christine is now joining the LCLS-II 
effort formally as part of the organization.  While she will still have 
duties supporting 12 GeV this transfer recognizes the key 
responsibilities she has taken on in the project and the growing role 
she will have as the project progresses.  Please continue to give her 
your support especially during these next few months when we will have 
much to accomplish.    Welcome aboard, Christine!
