In Marc's first point he states that all partner labs have submitted their request for additional Q0 program scope. He also states that no labs has additional Vertical Tests planned.
The plan from Rongli and Charlie has one 9 cell vertical test per week for a total of 30 tests.
I do not understand what Marc has said or is doing.
