[Lcls-ii] LCLS-II Calendar Scheduling

Hello All, 

As we head into an abyss of LCLS-II Reviews, please utilize your Zimbra Calendars to reflect your travel and vacation days. I have noted that folks are creating a Travel or Vacation Note on their calendars, but not blocking the time 8:00-5:00 which shows that they are available for meetings. It will be important for all of us to start using the Calendar appropriately to avoid meeting-rescheduling headaches for all.
