Attached is the draft charge and additional information requested by Marc Ross for this review. My name is Dianne Napier, I am the JLab LCLS-II Systems Integration Engineer. I am working with SLAC and JLab team to assist you with this review. 

We (SLAC and JLab) have had numerous meetings during the month of April to collaborate on the attached charge and information regarding the review. The Systems Integration Team at SLAC have been involved and have assisted in many areas for SLAC participants, logistics, and project requirements needed prior to this review. All comments have been included in the attached document. 

Please review and let me know your thoughts, comments, concerns. I will be assisting throughout the process to ensure this review is planned and executed successfully with SLAC. PDF and word versions attached.
