Dear Colleagues,
We are going to change the requirement for APPs on significant procurements ( $150k -- $500k).  In the past we required APPs for significant procurements with approval residing with the STL.  In the future we will not require APPs for significant procurements unless an STL, SM,  LCLS II Project Management or Procurement Director/Leads determine one is required.  P6 should provide sufficient information to track significant procurement activity.

APP requirements for major procurements (>$500k) remain unchanged.  We will update the Procurement Plan (LCLS II-1.1-PM-0032-R0 in the near future.

We wanted to get this information out to avoid people working on FY 15  APPs for significant procurements as FY 15 APPs are due by October 15, 2014.  Please share this information with your LCLS II staff.
