[Lcls-ii] JLab LCLS-II 1.04.06, Cryomodule (CM), Control Account Manager (CAM) Change

A Message From Joe Preble, JLAB Senior Team Leader:

The JLab LCLS-II 1.04.06, Cryomodule (CM), Control Account Manager (CAM) has been changed.
As of today, 16 December, 2019, Ed Daly will step down as the CAM and Naeem Huque will take over the responsibilities of the CM CAM.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ed for his years of work as the CM CAM. During this period, Ed managed the procurement, production, testing, and shipping of cryomodules through challenging and rewarding times. Ed's technical insights and management have brought us to a stable and high-quality CM production operation.

Our current challenge now is completing the CM scope. The end of any project is always a challenge.  Naeem will be responsible for leading us through this challenge. I am confident that he will successfully guide us to completion of the JLab cryomodule scope.

Please welcome and help Naeem to be successful as he takes over the CM scope.
