Hello Giorgio,<br>
<br>
Thanks for all the details.<br>
<br>
Please delete the lcls-ii mailing list (<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:lcls-ii@jlab.org">lcls-ii@jlab.org</a>) for any
response back to us<br>
since it includes other people not involved in the procurement.<br>
This was my mistake earlier, which should have been
'<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:LCLSII3220@zanon.com">LCLSII3220@zanon.com</a>'<br>
with same first 4 letters.<br>

Many Thanks<br>

<tt><font size="2">Dear Giorgio,<br>
<br>
There is evidence from single-cell tests that the OTIC Ningxia
Nb half
<br>
cell sheet material acts<br>
inferior to the TD sheet material in terms of flux expulsion.<br>
<br>
The project has delivered more TD half cell sheets than OTIC
Ningxia, so
<br>
we have<br>
a chance to bias the production by favoring TD over OTIC
Ningxia.<br>
<br>
I therefore like to ask you to pick TD material for future
cavity <br>
fabrication as best as practicable<br>
and try to set aside the OTIC Ningxia material.<br>
We know from the Hold Point Data that the first 16 cavities
are made <br>
from OTIC Nb sheets.<br>
Please change the material to TD for all next cavities until
further notice.<br>
<br>
I can imagine that constraints apply, i.e. given how many
dumbbells and
<br>
endgroups do already exist<br>
made from the two different materials.<br>
<br>
Can you please provide this information?<br>
<br>
Many Thanks<br>
