[Lerftest-ctrls] LD_LIBRARY_PATH for softegr on lclsapp1

Hi all,

Has someone been altering the environment setup for softegr on lclsapp1? There are currently only three items:

`echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH`
:/usr/local/lcls/package/python/current/lib:/usr/local/lcls/package/python/current/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload:/usr/local/package/boost/1.58.0/linux-x86/lib

Please be careful altering the environment setup for the softegr and laci accounts on lclsapp1 and lclsapp2 as this will cause errors. Whoever made these changes needs to revert them ASAP. As SLAC developers know, our DEV environment has a lot of conflicts because of people making global environment changes without proper testing or consulting others who may be affected. Please refrain from polluting the development environment at LERF in the same manner.
