[Lerftest-ctrls] Finalizing /home configuration

Hi Wesley,

My connection to lclsvdi* still gets dropped after I enter my username/PIN+2FA credentials. Any word on how long it'll take to fix?

Here's the users I'm setting to use the /home from lclsfs.  All others will default to JLAB's CUE home.  Both will be mounted if you need to shuffle any files:

/s/home
/u/home
/home -> /u/home

This will cover me for all combinations of JLAB operators and SRF staff.  Apologies for the hassles.
