[Lerftest-ctrls] set_profile no longer works

Short answer, there is only /s/home/softegr and /s/home/laci.
What's not helping things is that app1/2 have not have /home corrected.
So on those, /home and /s/home are the same thing. SSA's were being tested so it couldn't be fixed. If I can reboot, I'll wrap that up.
@Sonya, when is a good time to reboot for the app1/2 /home fix?
After they are sorted, /s/home will be the default for a few developers from SLAC, softegr, and laci. CUE /home -> /u/home will be used for everything else.
