[Lerftest-ctrls] Latest puppet config changes

The key that got pushed out was from lclsfs.  Right now the VDI /home is different than lclsapp1/2, etc.  I'm working through moving VDI to match the lclsfs filesystem, now that it's well established.

Just verified you're fixed for softegr and laci.  Let me know if you see otherwise.
