[Lerftest-ctrls] help git clone SLAC repo

git clone ssh:///afs/slac/g/cd/swe/git/repos/slac/buildtools/eco_modulelist.git

However, a direct git clone is not working. Here is a test:

sonya at localhost: Command not found.
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly.
