[Lerftest-ctrls] linuxRT CPUs

I’ve powered them up and plugged them in. Asked the network guys to grab the MACs from the switch and fix their dhcp entries.
Will let you know when they are ping-able. Haven’t done the management ports for them yet. Is that needed for Hugo’s testing?
