[Lerftest-ctrls] /etc/init.d ioc startup scripts

Hi,

Please use the scripts in $EPICS_IOCS/template  the startup boot scripts...
There's a CVS directory  epics/iocCommon/All/lerf   with the boot scripts and screeniocs file. The boot scripts will need to be updated with the proper ip's and host names for the lerf environment.
