[Lerftest-ctrls] linxuRT CPU system time

Hi Hugo,

Thank you.

I also notice that envPaths $TOP is set to /s/local/lcls/... instead of 
/usr/local/lcls... (because the latter is a symlink to the former).

Later when I use $TOP, it's considered an 'Invalid directory path'.

Do you know if there is a way to handle this globally?
