I see commonSetup.sh sets the time zone to SLAC time:
export TZ=PST8PDT
How do we want to handle this?
And actually, the linuxRT CPU system time is 8 hours ahead:
#date
Thu May 17 22:19:05 PDT 2018
so that is odd.
