[Lerftest-ctrls] Draft schedule

Attached is the draft time line of cryogenic & accelerator ops
Activities for the LERF over the next year include:
1. Test LCLS-II cryomodules
	Cryo-Can is “last” item to be delivered - ETA ~ 2 (3) weeks, it then needs to be piped in ~ 2 to 3 more weeks
2. Re-establish beam for isotopes project (~ 40 MeV ~ 1 milliamp CW)
3. Degaussing studies of C20/50
	This includes thermal cycles

I am working on a more detailed activity list, it will be sent shortly
