[Lerftest-ctrls] update required for EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST

I updated the line in /usr/local/lcls/epics/setup/envSet.bash.  Here's a test PV if any are interested:

We need a gateway address added so that you/we can see other PVs that aren't on the local vlan.  The address also needs the port, since you guys are running non-standard.
