Steve Suhring has agreed to keep the "SAD" schedule going during the run (call it Happy?) to maintain coordination of all activities going on 'inside' the fence. This will ensure that CEBAF operations, the Program Deputy, and other work going on is well coordinated. Steve & I will work closely to assure that CEBAF operation is #1 priority and that all of the resources are applied to the tasks in an orderly fashion. Each individual group is responsible to enter their tasks into an ATLis, after these have been reviewed, Jim Coleman has the final approval authority.
