[Lerftest] LCLSII SSA/HPA Raised Floor Installation

Hi Neil,
As you can see in the photo the panel at the base of the LLRF rack will be removed, this will open a hole starting at 8” above the floor. The heliax cables will have to swing gently up off the floor, through the grating and into this gap. I will have new panels made with a mouse hole cut out for the cables to enter the rack.
