[Lerftest] LERF Update

We will start the day by finishing the MPS checkout.

Need Beam Authorization:
  David will sign off shortly on "Moveable Shielding"

Gun valve lock should then be removed

HVPS knife switch is in the ON position so no need for PPE to turn on

Once MPS checks are complete we will setup for 32 MeV beam

Plan is to run tune beam to 1X location, there is a Chromox view screen setup for beam centering.

The isotope team is meeting at 10:00 this morning to finalize exposure plans
