Thanks to the hard work of the LERF Operations Directive (LOD) Committee, Rev. 2 is now available as our first formal update since October 2015.  Because we are working remotely while the lab is in MEDCON6 status, we are releasing it fully electronically. 

 Hard copies will be sent out once they are available.</div>
