[Lowq] Run plan for next days

Dear all,
as discussed at the meeting today, here is the run plan proposed for the 
next days:

- run on He4 with the present conditions (I=100nA, R=2.8kHz, LT=90%, 
DCoccupancy=3-4%) for the next 36 hours;

-  on Sunday, late morning, start to empty the target taking a 2h run 
(with a mixture of He and H2) and another 2h run with H2 only at 1 atm.
Fill the target with H2 at 7atm and take data up to the end of the run 
(expecte at 3:00AM on Tuesday morning).

Lamia will cook some files taken with different target configuratiosn 
(eg run# 61938 with He).
