[Lowq] Meeting at 5pm

Dear all,

we will have a meeting at 5pm this afternoon, upstairs of the counting 
house. Hovannes and FX have been
looking at the trigger bit 3-only and 12-only runs and have results to 
report. Stepan is also  having some
dconcerns to brought to everybody with respect to the inclusive electron 
trigger.
Our Moeller measurement (-85%) gives higher polarization that before, in 
accordance with Hall A, which
seems that the change is at the injector level.
