[Lowq] Run for calibrations

Hi,

Lamiaa cooked run # 61695 which is supposed to be good for the calibration
purposes since it was taken at 50nA beam current. These files were 
processed with
the first e1-dvcs (from 2005) TOF calibration constants. We need to 
check if these
contants are good as a starting point. The files are
in /work/clas/claseg6/top_dir/pass_v0/  directory. The files for this 
run also
contain DC1 and TRKS banks needed for DC calibrations.
