[Lowq] eg6 trigger logic for your consideration

Valeri,

Thanks for setting up our trigger, nice work.
One thing I forgot to ask is a trigger from RTPC.
We want to have two signals from RTPC (from left and
right sides of the detector) that can be used for self
triggering for calibration runs.

We need to free some of bits that are redundant for
this trigger.
