[Lowq] run status and meetings

Dear all,

We locked the Hall around 7 pm today. According to the run plan
posted on the web we started beam tune to the Hall. Commissioning
of the CLAS detector components and the DAQ/trigger system will
follow.

Starting from tomorrow we will have eg6 run meetings at 10am in
the conference room upstairs in counting house. Please attend. Meetings
will be short, we will discuss daily run plan and data quality issues.
