    RTPC

    * Yohann is recooking data from 1 GeV run 61448 because he had some
      problems with previous cooking.
    * Raphael will here next week, he may have an update next week.

    EC timing

    * Bayram did an EC timing calibration for run 61695 (standard
      calibration run).
    * Lamiaa cooked data for Bayram with his new constants which were
      put into the EG6 RunIndex in CalDB.
    * Bayram posted plots from with old
      <http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/lowq/wiki/images/2/2c/EC_TIMING_pdf.pdf>
      and the new calibrations constants
      <http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/lowq/wiki/images/e/ee/EC_TIMING_PASS0_V0_pdf.pdf>
      from the the program he uses to calibrate EC timing.
    * The plots looked good, but there is a shift in the start time for
      neutral when calculating from OUTER layer of EC. Bayram talked to
      Stepan, and the reason might be due to the way the distance is
      calculated for the neutrals and electrons in /user_ana/ and the EC
      timing calibration code.
    * There was a slight improvement in the resolutions after the new
      constants were put in, the timing resolution is on the order of
      ~300ps or better.
    * Since the calibration is done relative to the TOF system, then
      Bayram will need to wait until the TOF is calibrated for all ten
      runs.
