[Lowq] Meeting tomorrow

Hello Everyone,
I have recalibrated run numbers 61440 and 61935. These are 1.2 GeV runs.
Attached file shows a comparison of time residual means from my last
iteration and after we changed the starting parameters in user ana. We
don't see much improvement except for S5SL5 (run number 61440) and S4SL6 (
run number 61935). I have not written these new constants to our main
RunIndex! Should we write new constants to the RunIndex or not? Please let
me know!
