[Lowq] Fwd: Re: EC_timing

The peaks looks pretty nice. Are these plots before or after
calibrations? The "outer layers" is shifted by 550 ps for HID 902
(neutrals?), while it is centered at 0 for HID 1102 (charged?).
Is there a reason why timing for neutral and charged particles
in EC should be misaligned?
