[Lowq] pass0_v0 data

Hi Carlos,

I think the HS related BOS banks and ntuple structures are filled, at 
least for this file:

This tells me that the TCL keys are enabled.
Some of the early files do not have them, but I do not know why. Is it 
possible that the HV were off?
