[Marathon] Hurricane Florence, postpone MARATHON Meeting

Hi all,

I  have received some comments from a few of you about conflicts for the proposed day of our rescheduled MARATHON meeting.

I've created a doodle poll so we can hopefully quickly find a day that works for everyone:

We'll plan to start at 10am, and hopefully finish by mid-afternoon.
I'll reserve a room at Jlab and arrange the bluejeans connection once we have settled on a date.

Hi all,

As of now, NOAA is still predicting tropical storm force winds and ~1 foot of rain for Newport News possibly starting as early as Thursday morning.

Therefore, in order to encourage everyone to make adequate storm preparations and/or evacuate, I am postponing our Thursday MARATHON "Analysis" Day meeting.

Assuming Jlab has power next week, let's tentatively plan to reschedule for Tuesday, September 18th.
