[mEIC_det_software] MEIC software installation and wiki updated

Dear Collaborators

We have improved EIC software installation method to make it a 
streamlined process with better version control.

The software section on wiki is updated with instruction and it's 
location is moved from the internal wiki to the public wiki here
https://eic.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/EIC_Software

The study section remains at the internal wiki.
https://eic.jlab.org/internal/index.php/Main_Page#Study

The virtual machine should be updated shortly.

Later change and update will be sent to meic_det_software at jlab.org only.

Please try the installation and let me know any problem.
