[mEIC_det_software] GEMC installation or upgrade on hold

Hi, All

Mauri and I are working on changing GEMC release into production and 
development version and should announce them soon.
The current instruction on wiki about installation and upgrade won't 
work well.
So please hold on to the current version you have and don't upgrade.
You can still use the ifarm version or the virtual machine, just don't 
upgrade.

EIC_GEMC repository is not affected. Please keep it up2date
