[mEIC_det_software] pythia6 generator

Dear  All

Kijun has update the SVN after turning off some particles Geant4 can't process in output file.
inupt_MEIC for MEIC is uploaded with 5GeV e- and 100GeV p beam
Some output can be used directly here
/volatile/eic/pythia6_data/
