[mEIC_det_software] moving to centos7.2

Dear All

As the ifarm and farm is moving to centos7.2 from centos6.5, I have 
built a copy of current software production version of JLAB_VERSION=1.3 
in ifarm1402 with centos7.2, just source env script as usual to use it.
ifarm1101 would remain as a centos6.5 for a while to test and compare 
results.

One thing to note, if you are using a RHEL6 desktop and login a centos7 
machine to run gemc in graphic mode, it will crash your local Xwindows, 
but the batch mode is fine.
I think this is not a problem once you desktop is upgraded to centos7.
