[Moller] MOLLER PAC update and meeting

Hi, Folks. If you are getting this email, you also received an email a  
couple of days ago regarding the MOLLER email list: moller at jlab.org .  
I am using that right now. Paul Reimer (thanks!) made this mailing  
list and ownership will soon be transferred to Juliette (crowder at jlab.org 
). Please inform her if new names need to be added to the list.

The MOLLER PAC update has been submitted. All the relevant documents

In the formal submission, we only submitted the main chapters (the  
guideline was 10 pages and this is already 14!). The appendices are  
left as a reference in the main document, which points to this link.

For the meeting tomorrow, we concluded that EVO was not worth the  
trouble, but we will have a dedicated phone line with the good quality  
speaker phone near the speaker, so that remote people can follow  
presentations. We should be able to have smooth 2-way communication  
with this setup.

For the presentation links, we will start using the document database.  
See the instructions from Juliette below. Note that the text (within  
the parenthesis) contains the u$er-n at me and p@$$-w0rd. I will repeat  
the link for the agenda here, it appears again in the instructions  
below, though the instructions are directed at speakers to upload  
their talks.

Instructions from Juliette for speakers:

To add a document to the DB:

Go to: https://hallaweb.jlab.org/doc-private/DocumentDatabase

Click on the link "Create or change documents or other information"

Click on the button "Create a new" with the appropriate source (or  
"Update" if making a change to a document)

Enter the required information and whatever other info you would  
like.  The preferred format is .pdf but if you include the .ppt as  
well then people (including you) can grab slides later.  Please make  
viewable by both mollerdocadm and moller.

You can also choose that the document be associated with the upcoming  
collaboration meeting.  If you do so, once you submit the document you  
can click on the link in the record to get to the agenda.

If not, then please go to:  https://hallaweb.jlab.org/doc-private/DisplayMeeting?conferenceid=2

and click "edit" in order to add the document number (no need for the  
version number) to the agenda item for your talk.
