Hi, Folks. Attached is the draft of the MOLLER PAC update document. A  
few notes:
- It is due sometime tomorrow afternoon.
- The document is very long right now, even after drastically moving a  
bunch of stuff to appendices. The guidelines request a 10 page  
document. Tomorrow, we plan to remove the appendices from the main  
document after final corrections and then provide web links to them.
- Please forward to authors in your group who are not in the mailing  
list.
- Please send suggested corrections to both me and Dave Armstrong.
