Dear MOLLER collaborators,

The purpose of this email is to find a suitable time for an initial
teleconference of the "superset" consisting of these three MOLLER
subgroups - Beam Instrumentation, Tracking, and Integrating Detectors.
The scope of what is covered in each subgroup is defined in the excerpt
below from KK's 2011 MOLLER planning email. If you are interested in
participating in this initial teleconference read on below. The goal of
the initial teleconference is to further refine what each subgroup will
do and to set initial goals for what to accomplish by mid-summer.

I have set up a "doodle" poll to try to identify a common time for an
initial teleconference sometime in the latter part of next week (March 9
- 11). Please read the directions there carefully - I would like you to
put checkmarks on your UNAVAILABLE times, hopefully to minimize the
number of checkmarks you have to make:-) . If you prefer not to fill
out the poll, then just email me (pitt at vt.edu) your list of unavailable
times on those days. Please fill out this poll (or email me) by the end
of the day on this Thursday March 3, and I'll let you know on Friday
March 4 if we have found a time when a critical mass can call in. This
will not necessarily be the permanent timeslot for this meeting; just
the time for the initial teleconference.

Thanks,
Mark

We need to define all the detector systems and their mechanical support structures, put them into a master CAD file launched at UMass, and launch the necessary simulations to help us make appropriate design decisions on geometry, scope and shielding.
