[Moller] MOLLER at PAC37

Hi, Folks. We have been informed that PAC37 has given MOLLER an A rating and awarded us our full beam time request (344 days). 

I hope you will all agree that we now have the excuse to spare some "cycles" to develop the apparatus and secure funding. Over the weekend, I will be sending out a rather long email with a detailed list of things that we must launch and accomplish in the next 6 months.
