[Moller] MOLLER "Supergroup" (Beam Monitoring/Tracking/Detectors) teleconference

Dear MOLLER collaborators,

The purpose of this email is to announce the re-start of teleconferences
for the "supergroup" consisting of the MOLLER beam
monitoring/tracking/detectors subgroups.  This group had some
teleconferences last year (see archived agenda/minutes at:

The goal is to initiate further work in these areas to advance the
experiment design prior to the next MOLLER collaboration meeting.  There
is also a MOLLER group devoted to simulations
(https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/MOLLER_Simulations) that has
been having regular teleconferences.   Several people from that group
will be part of this call as well, so they will keep us posted on what
is going on in the simulations and take suggestions (and even
volunteers!) for further studies as our design discussions progress.

Roughly speaking, we would like to have one of these teleconferences per
month (ie. one each in June, July, August) prior to a collaboration
meeting in mid-September.  At the first meeting, Juliette Mammei
has agreed to give an update on the status of the spectrometer as the
primary topic.  For the next meetings, the likely primary topics would
be tracking (July) and integration mode detectors (August), but we can
add/juggle topics as this evolves.

A good time for the first meeting appears to be Monday June 11 from 4:00
- 5:30 PM.  It will be hard to find a time that is compatible with
everybody, but the proposed time has no conflicts with any
conferences/collaboration meetings I am aware of.  If you think you are
likely to call in then, please send me (not the whole mailing list)
email indicating that, so I can see if we have enough people to have a
productive call.  If you are interested in participating in our
remaining two calls this summer but can't call in to this one, please
also email me.  I'll make sure to email you directly prior to scheduling
the July meeting. Minutes will be posted for each call and announcements
of the July/August call dates will be sent to the full MOLLER mailing
list.

I'll send out confirmation of the teleconference and call-in details
early next week.
