[Moller] next collaboration meeting

HI, Folks. At the conclusion of the last MOLLER collaboration meeting a few weeks ago, we made the decision that we will want to have the next meeting in mid-late October. Due to the DNP meeting, we have decided to make the meeting dates Monday/Tuesday October 21/22 at JLab. This way, folks who are traveling to NN for DNP will be able to combine trips. 

I just want to take the opportunity to comment that we had a very productive meeting and design activities are progressing on multiple fronts. Nevertheless, we have identified many critical tasks that must make further progress over the next three months. If you did not attend the meeting, please see my talk at the conclusion of the meeting to review the list of activities. 

The priority of work is being made under the assumption that we will be reviewed by DOE for the science motivation of MOLLER in late Fall, as the first step to establishing "Mission Need" for DOE NP, which sets the stage for achieving "CD-0" status for the project.
