Dear MOLLER collaborator:

I am pleased to announce that the MOLLER Science Review has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 10. The meeting will take place at UMass, Amherst and will be hosted by Michael Ramsey-Musolf and the Amherst Center for Fundamental Interactions. 

We expect to receive a Charge from DOE NP next week. The MOLLER Executive Board members who were at PAVI14 discussed a couple of versions of a draft agenda. This agenda will be finalized after the Charge has been received from DOE. The tentative plan is to start with two 1-hour presentations by Michael Ramsey-Musolf and Bill Marciano. 

Our tentative plan is to have several key PI’s to attend the review, especially those who have been heavily involved in the development of the MOLLER apparatus and associated R&D. However, if there are others who are interested in attending, please let me know.

In preparation for the meeting, we plan to present the final version of the MOLLER MIE document to DOE in about 10 days, after approval is received from JLab management (who have just been sent a copy).
