[Moller] [Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Work fileserver scifs2 outage

There will be a brief outage of scifs2 work fileserver this morning beginning at 11:00am to replace system components. The outage will last ~30 minutes, it will be noticeable on the interactive nodes as system delays.
