[Moller] [Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Tue March 14: JLab SciComp intermittent network interruptions

Dear Users,

On Tuesday, March 14 2017, you may experience brief interruptions to Infiniband and Ethernet connections in JLab Scientific Computing and USQCD systems. Power is being reconfigured for devices including network switches and hosts, a necessary part of the UIM renovation work in the F112 Data Center . This may disrupt login connections and other job services, and require reconnecting.  Please plan for this necessary work as power is relocated to its final location in the new area. Outages are expected to be brief.
