[Moller] quick update on MOLLER Review closeout

Dear MOLLER collaborator:

We have just completed the MOLLER Review. There were two days of excellent presentations and very positive and productive interactions with the review committee members on all aspects (technical and project-oriented) of MOLLER. We will be in in touch with a more detailed summary. We were given a very encouraging message. The review committee commended us on the the work accomplished, indicated that there was plenty of work to do in near term and they encouraged us to work aggressively towards a CD-1 review.
