[Moller] [EXTERNAL] Fwd: MOLLER Participants - Important - please register yourself in JLab guest portal

I talked to Lorelei Carlson (User Liaison) just now [lorelei at jlab.org] , and I believe there are two scenarios
of users with expired badges:

1) If you have signed up for the meeting and "registered as a guest", the guard will let you in; or 2) if you have
time to update your training, they'll let you in to do your training.

She did emphasize that there are many people involved in this new guard scheme and she's not in the loop on
training the guards, so the experiences may not be this smooth. It's a new scheme and already some "fires" to
put out. Ask Lorelei for more, e.g how to "register as a guest".

yours
Bob

Actually, my rad worker I training has expired, which means my badge is deactivated. Apparently the new security guard protocol is not letting anyone in the building with a deactivated badge, so I’m expecting to be a test case for how stupid the implementation of the new policy is going to be…

Access it at the link below. Stephanie says that people on the attached list will not be allowed into the building if they don't register in that system. It includes many of you attending the meeting, including Jefferson Lab folks.
