[Moller] [EXTERNAL] MOLLER DOE OPA CD-1 Review Information

Dear MOLLER collaborator:

As we informed you in an email on Sept 20, the MOLLER CD-1 review run by 
the DOE Office of Project Assessment takes place October 13-15 (upcoming 
Tue-Thurs). Attached are three .pdf files: the final agenda, the 
bluejeans links to the open sessions, and the list of reviewers. All 
preparations are complete and we are looking forward to engaging the 
committee!

As a reminder, please treat this remote meeting as if you are sitting in 
the back of the room at a Jlab review i.e. you are expected to just 
observe and not engage in any way. In a virtual review, this means you 
must stay muted and turn off video throughout and it also means that use 
of the chat window is strictly prohibited. Speakers and subject matter 
experts who might be called upon to answer questions (and therefore 
allowed to unmute) have been contacted separately.

Finally, please note that the closeout (currently scheduled for 5 - 6 PM 
on Thursday Oct. 15) is potentially subject to being rescheduled on 
relatively short notice on that day.  If we receive such a 
communication, we will forward the rescheduled time to you as soon as we 
can after being notified.
